We will issue a refund to you. If you want the item resent, you'll have to purchase it again. Please wait for 1 week after the last expected date of arrival for the refunds or the resending of the package to allow for slight delays. Refunds are strictly for items lost in the mail only.

Returns
We at Cross Stitch Central are committed to giving the best to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, we accept returns of all merchandise (except for threads, electronic patterns, and photo-to-chart patterns) in perfect, salable condition (must be unopened) within seven (7) days from the receipt of the item. We give a full refund less actual* shipping charges and transaction fees. The cost of shipping back the merchandise will be shouldered by the client.
*Although we have standard shipping charge, actual shipping charges may be different and are usually higher. For returns, we will deduct the actual shipping charge.
All merchandise complaints should be communicated within seven (7) days from receipt of the item. Failure to do so would mean that the item was received in good condition and cannot be returned anymore.
All merchandise returned without prior notification will be sent back.
A no return, no exchange policy is being implemented for electronic patterns and all embroidery threads (due to changes in dye lots). Orders for electronic patterns cannot be cancelled after payment. Photo-to-Chart services, once processed are also not accepted for returns or exchange. If an electronic pattern is unreadable or corrupted, e-mail us immediately. We will send another copy of the same pattern.
